Custom items
All items on this site are custom designed and made for each order. Once made (approx 5 weeks) they will be sent to the address specified at the time of placing your order. The costs for posting to each individual address are stated below.

• UK mainland – £3.95. Special delivery (£8.95) estimated 1-2 days.
• Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey – £8.95
• Europe – £15.95/ €15.95.
• International – £19.95/ €19.95.

During Sales & Promotions please allow for an extra 5 days and for amended shipping rate.

UK mainland sent 1st class signed for unless stated otherwise.

Delivery times:

Our products are individually produced to have the colour of the cancer ribbon that resonates to you. The order process can take up to 6 weeks (usually quicker) from time of ordering to receiving the goods. Production of the items takes 4-5 weeks then shipping times vary depending on where the items are posted to:

• UK – 3 to 5 days (please allow for 2 to 3 days processing).
• Europe – 3 to 5 days (please allow for 2 to 3 days processing).
• International – 8 to 10 days (please allow for 2 to 3 days processing).

Duties and Taxes outside of the UK
You will be required to pay local import duties and taxes, or customs clearance. Please do not ask us to change the order value on any shipping documents to reduce your charges, UK law dictates we are unable to do this.

Ordering and cancelling

How can I order

• Find the item you wish to order and select the colour and size you wish to order. Tip: Use our handy size guide for finding the perfect fit for you.
• Click add to cart and you will be taken to the cart page where you will see the item you have just selected.
• All costs will be displayed in your basket, and discount codes can be used when you head to checkout.
• You can easily remove items from your basket at any point by simply clicking ‘Remove’ in the cart page.

To Checkout

• From the cart page, click Go To Checkout.
• We would advise against deliveries to hotels and cannot accept the risk of the parcel getting lost once it is in transit. We will of course do what we can to help in these circumstances.

Stock and pre-order information
All items are pre-order which will be clearly displayed on the product page. This enables you to chose any of our items in the exact colour accent you want. You can place a pre-order on these lines and we will deliver it to you as soon as it becomes available in our warehouses (usual production time is 4-5 weeks). We will keep you notified of pre-order delivery information.

Note: All pre-orders will be paid for at the time of checkout and you should receive your order well within 6 weeks from the order date. If anything changes with delivery dates, we will be in touch on a case by case basis.

Cancelling an order
If you need to cancel an order after placing it, please get in touch with us as soon as possible as once your order has been launched into production it will not then be possible to cancel.
